Amazing results! Faster than anything I've tried. Nikki is so encouraging and knowlegable! Fun and welcoming environment. Kickboxing w/ Dan was new for me and now can't see why I wouldn't have done it before! Nice mix of cardio and self defense.
It is okay. I wanted to try out a local business during the Pandemic since the local YMCA was not offering as many services. I wish everyone the best.
