I went to my grandson birthday party the staff was not helpful. They rushed them out of the party room. He didn’t blow out the candles before they turned on the lights. They were taking the tablecloths off the table before they finished eating. They did not interacted with the boys in the gym. The girl pulled the plug on the bounce house without checking if someone was in there. There was a little girl who was 20 months. It was not worth the money, my daughter spent here. Don’t spend your money and time.

This review is for the kids' 3-5 yr old multi-sport program. It was so incredibly poorly and lazily run, that I can't imagine ever returning for any other programs. Coaches didn't interact or teach the kids, and the "sports" were redundant and disorganized or just really boring for the kids.

Confusing main entrance and once inside staff was preoccupied with making shakes then telling parents where the kids party was in the space. I think a simple sign should help or more staff? Either way the staff that ran the party were pretty good!
