I have been trying to get in touch with my account rep. I have called and left him a voicemail and also sent him an email. We wish to NOT RENEW our website contract but I cannot get in touch with ANYONE to cancel it. I have called the main number as well and I had to leave a voicemail there too. Please someone help! I have been trying to cancel our Sports Engine account since 5/16/2018. I have sent several emails, left numerous messages for our sales rep Brroke, called corporate in Minneapolis, left a message on Facebook and Twitter and still no one has helped or returned my call. They do keep sending me an email saying our account is past due. We have had a couple parents go to our old Sports Engine site and pay football registration and then we’ve had to try and get the refund due to Sports Engine not cancelling this site as we reques... read more
