The shop assistant didn't even look up or acknowledge us from her spot at the counter - which would've been hard to do as the store is tiiiiny. I love Sportscraft but will definitely not be stepping foot in this location again.
I love the quality of Sportscraft, I wear mine for many years. The Mosman store is small but the staff have excellent product knowledge and are very helpful.
Most unhelpful exchange system when buying gifts. Way better to purchase online or better still avoid altogether
