I’ve been to this store before and everyone has always been great, but my experience today (13 Jul 26) with one specific staff member was deeply disappointing. The older female staff member on the floor was completely unprofessional and visibly biased. I watched her treat the customer right before me with so much warmth and patience. I was shopping at David Jones women’s today(Thursday 16/10/2025 just remind you shopping centre close at 9pm on Thursday) and found a Sportscraft $229 mohair cardigan super soft and pretty and David Jones’ friendly staff at the counter couldn’t find my size anywhere in David Jones’ system. Poor customer service. Supposed to call after sorting out computer problems so my purchase could be finalized but no one did. Been to the shop three times and each time it’s the same issue ,& they make it out as though it’s the customer’s problems !!
