I was shopping at David Jones women’s today(Thursday 16/10/2025 just remind you shopping centre close at 9pm on Thursday) and found a Sportscraft $229 mohair cardigan super soft and pretty and David Jones’ friendly staff at the counter couldn’t find my size anywhere in David Jones’ system. Poor customer service. Supposed to call after sorting out computer problems so my purchase could be finalized but no one did. Been to the shop three times and each time it’s the same issue ,& they make it out as though it’s the customer’s problems !!

I had a click and collect order @DoncasterWestfield. From the minute I walked in, the two mature ladies totally ignored me, whilst chatting to each other about their day. When they finally acknowledged me waiting, asked what I need (I mentioned I'm here for click n collect) only then one of them went inside to grab my item. No conversation/smiles offered to me, still chatting away between themselves, whilst putting through my transactions. I am VERY APPALLED at their behaviour.
