Wonderful staff and lots of classes, equipment, and space. I have been a member over 45 years. You will enjoy.
I do the Aqua Fit three times a week. Great classes. Lauren will give you a good workout so be prepared. The men’s locker is kept clean. Plastic bags are made available for your wet swim clothes. My wife says the women’s locker room is clean too. Shower area and steam room are in good repair and clean. I'm surprised ACAC puts its name on this club. It reminds me of a YMCA from the 60's. The only clubs I have to compare it with are Richmond and Charlottesville which are clean and modern. I tried to swim in the hotel size pool and there were no towels! I ended up drying with paper towels. I hope it's patrons aren't paying much for dues.
