My second time going here, for different reasons. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Dan is great. Always professional and knowledgeable, willing to answer any questions you might have.
Dan Thorp, his technicians(Carly, Jasmine, Gennie & Emily) are all very personable & professional. Michele is very professional & accommodating. Never have a problem changing an appointment. I am especially thankful for Dan. I recently had a complete knee replacement. He is very professional & knowledgeable. He answers all questions. He takes his time working with me & introducing new exercises. I feel like I am getting personal therapy. He explains everything we are doing & what to expect. Super friendly, never really over booked so you get pretty much one on one service untill you're familiar enough then you just follow the routine. I would recommend them for any of your physical therapy needs. Had to bring them down 2 stars as they were unable to their tax id number for my copay reimbursement form through blue cross blue shield. I know they said that blue cross has it on file but i need it for the receipt so i can get reimbursement.. oh well i guess im out the 250.00 bucks..thanks
