Sports Care is very knowledgeable and helpful in my recovery. Raven really knows her stuff and was instrumental in my recovery.
Just sat down at 6:45p. Have to put ice on foot and try to relax. Did things around house and I probably over did it. Just mailed cards and walked with cane to put out garbage before rain comes tonight. Hate texting. Dr appt. Thursday for knee pain have to get up by 10am. Friday back to PT which is also earlier and have to be up to ger ready I am not happy with this Achilles tendinitis. I spent 2 hours on my phone Looking for proper shoes a nightmare.
