Staff are chill, lockers and facilities pretty run down. Could definitely use newer equipment and a refurbishment. Convince is key though, 24-7 access with card registration is very convenient.
Quiet after 1830. Great staff
It's taken me years to say this but please turn the ac back on. The 72 degree temp outside was incredibly refreshing.
The Sports Zone Navy Gym is a great place to work out. It has good equipment, plenty of space, and a motivating environment. The staff and people there are friendly, and it’s a solid spot whether you’re lifting weights, doing cardio, or just trying to stay healthy and consistent. I always enjoy training there.
