Worst customer service ever!!!!! I ordered a trampoline on March 26th which was supposed to ship on April 9th. On April 10th I emailed to request shipping information and received no response. On April 13th I called and was told they didn’t know where the trampoline was but would email me a response by the end of the day and I received no response. I took my shimano bt runner 4500 to them to replace a broken bail. There repair person manufactures a Teflon ring w/ a pair of dykes and stuffed it where the baring went. I discovered this when I got my reel home and spooled it with braid. I took it back and they had to send it to shimano for repair. When I got my reel back I asked about the five trips I made and I wanted to have the line that got chafed replace. Sports Unlimited had a great supply of fishing gear for any angler. And the guys there are excellent fishermen that can help you find what you need. Rods, reels, line, shoes, clothing, and all the accessories they got it. Friendly service too!
