This is one of the best embroidery experiences! I was looking for a very custom design and needed to get an embroidery file made, have the thread in specific colors that matched the logo, and do it on a thick material. This was my first purchase here, but definitely will not be my last! Jecelyn was so helpful throughout it all with answering all of my questions, follow-up communication, and such a kind customer service experience. 100% recommend!
