Horrible customer service and rude! – Beward of buying a Christmas gift here unless you are positive that it won't need to be exchanged or returned. My brother in law bought my son a hat at this store and it did not fit him. We went into the store and they said they could not help us without the receipt. So, got the receipt from my brother in law and went back in. Then they would only put the purchase back on his debit card but would not return the purchase price to my son so he could purchase something else. What a great Ch... read more
