I'm glad I decided to give it a try! I was expecting a massage that would put me to sleep. It was interactive, it turned out to be really helpful. I'm really happy with the results it's been two weeks, and I’m feeling so much better. I also discovered some relief in areas I didn’t realize before, which has been a positive surprise.

Cordell was really great. He took the time and attention to figure out my problems and how to address them. I didn't realize how much I needed this until afterwards, but my legs feel brand new! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants sports therapy that really targets what your body needs. Worth every penny!

Candice at Fresno sports therapy is a great coach in my recovery journey. She offered affordable plan options for managing my pain. Candice was able to tailor a strength and conditioning plan to my needs. Along with massage therapy and one on one coaching. She is super easy to communicate with on and offline. Well worth the visit!

I’ve been bringing my mom to Sports Therapy Fresno for Active Release Technique and we’ve had a wonderful experience with Candice. She is incredibly kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. She always takes the time to explain what she’s doing, making sure my mom feels comfortable and understands technique every step of the way.
