I asked for a referral from my primary care physician for a PT. Upon showing up the building was not maintained and all of the equipment looked outdated by 10-20 years. The PT talked to me for 5 min, gave generic advice then sent in his assistant to guide me through stretches and apply heating/electricity. The PT was seeing several other people at once, I would have liked more personalized care. I got a bill for $150 after my insurance was applied.

I found that the services were well over priced, $98 a session to uses there pulley machine and exercise bike per visit, 50 dollars for a three minute stretch, not once did I ever get a therapeutic message, or was never given any ultra sonic therapy, only electric stimulation for $25 dollars a session and the staff seemed preoccupied with the latest TV program, I didn't go back for my last three sessions, after a therapist told me I would have to wait after waiting ten minutes already while she conducted business with a vend... read more
