I had an amazing remedial massage with Jemma! She hit all the spots i needed treated with a firm but nurturing touch. Even through the deeper pressure i was utterly relaxed. I can’t wait for my next treatment with her! Highly recommend Jemma!!
The osteopaths at Sports and Spinal Hampton are all really good. A special mention though for Justine Garnes who I find is a remarkable therapist. Justine is a dedicated and extremely knowledgeable person and truely the best osteopath I’ve ever encountered. I’m so grateful for her care.
