I cannot recommend Jemma at Sport and Spinal in Hampton highly enough. She has quite literally transformed my body. I originally went to see her for long-standing issues with protracted shoulders and hip pain from long-distance running, and the improvement has been incredible. I strongly recommend this place. I was in so much pain in my back and was unable to walk or stand upright. I saw Jason and after one session I am able to walk. I feel so much better and back to work the next day. Thank you so much.
I had an amazing remedial massage with Jemma! She hit all the spots i needed treated with a firm but nurturing touch. Even through the deeper pressure i was utterly relaxed. I can’t wait for my next treatment with her! Highly recommend Jemma!!
The osteopaths at Sports and Spinal Hampton are all really good. A special mention though for Justine Garnes who I find is a remarkable therapist. Justine is a dedicated and extremely knowledgeable person and truely the best osteopath I’ve ever encountered. I’m so grateful for her care.
