I saw jemma for a remedial massage & she was amazing! I had felt sore and my muscles tight for a while. She knew exactly what to ask and exactly how to treat me to relieve my pain. The cupping helped a lot, as did other knowledge based techniques and my body feels a lot better!
I saw Jemma for ongoing hip and lower back pain and she was fantastic. I felt a lot better after the first appointment and by the second appointment my pain was gone. She uses firm pressure which I like and she sent me home with some great stretches to do which I think really helped.
I was treated by Jason for left side tightness to neck, hip and leg. His assessment was thorough and he’s knowledgeable, empathetic and professional. Most importantly he relieved all the tightness and I feel relaxed and floaty.
