Carol is amazing. She makes you feel safe and calm. Carol's knowledge helps you to know that she is very skilled in the field and that she knows exactly what to do to help with your pain. Carol helps you make sense of why you are hurting and does everything to make you feel better, you can tell her heart is so big and truly wants to help you feel relief. Carol is a wonderful person and a very knowledgeable therapist. Unfortunately, her daughter Jessica also works in the office, and my experience with her was extremely disappointing. Jessica was unkind, unprofessional, and should not be working directly with PTSD patients or disabled veterans. She cancelled my referral because I was 13 minutes late and handled the situation in a completely inappropriate and insensitive manner. Ms. Carol’s knowledge in massage therapy is everything above amazing. From my first intake session, Ms. Carol welcomed me with professionalism and a clean relaxing atmosphere. For the past few weeks Ms. Carol shared with me her knowledge about muscle tension, stretching exercises for relief and pain relieving therapeutic massages. After every visit I leave feeling much better. I absolutely recommend.
I’m an army vet with 15 years of chronic lower back and hip pain. This is by far the best massage I’ve ever had.
