Stopped by to inquire about membership after living nearby for years. Waited about 30 minutes at the front desk without being acknowledged—no greeting, no eye contact, no ‘I’ll be with you shortly.’ There were other people waiting as well, and some left without being helped. Owner is very rude to customers. Okay facility but the owner has no customer service skills at all and no business etiquette. We booked for our team practice way in advance. The owner booked it, but a few weeks later she said she made a mistake and that the club, who has been their customer for 8 years, need the same time slot we have booked, so she wants to move us to an earlier time that does not work for our team. Terrible customer service!
