I chose Sports PT for my injury because it is conveniently located in the Manlius Y so easy to go to before a workout. PT Sheila is amazing and helped me heal my injury and equipped me with so many great exercises/stretches for home so it doesn't happen again. She is positive, patient and didn't miss a beat moving me from one exercise to the next and always asking how the injury feels during each one. I highly recommend Sports PT and FYI they are still open during upcoming renovations this summer!

Sports PT in Manlius is great! I have been a patient there since having surgery on my arm. At every appointment I am warmly greeted, making me feel at ease. My physical therapist, Sheila is very caring and compassionate and a pleasure to work with. She uses her knowledge to develop a plan for my recovery. It is a very friendly and positive environment. The workers here are extremely nice and the physical therapy here has helped me a lot. I recommend this place for anyone looking for physical therapy sessions.
