This place is great! The staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly. I had the pleasure of working with a few different PTs as I recovered from an ACL tear/surgery. Trevor was my main PT, but I also worked with Allison, Adam, Alex & Justin. They also have convenient and flexible hours for people who work during the day. After going to PT for almost a year, I am now 99.9% recovered and wouldn’t have been without the assistance and advice from the staff! Thanks Sports PT!
I was referred to Sport's PT after spraining my ankle in November, and couldn't have been happier with my treatment. Justin was fantastic with answering any questions that I had. He explained everything to me as he was doing it and was concerned about my pain level. My ankle feels even better than it did before I injured it. The whole office was wonderful about making me feel extremely comfortable while going through treatment. I would highly recommend them!
I have been going to Sports PT of NY off and on for a few years. Every time I go I am delighted. Their staff is very professional and helpful. From Lynn to Justin and who can forget Kelly, Adam is great, Dr. Justin is amazing. They do a great job explaining everything to me and I love the atmosphere. I can't say thank you enough to all of them for all the help they are providing to me.
Amazing customer service and great people to help you. Dr. Justin F, is the best therapist who interacts, has great multi-tasking skills and will make sure you are getting full rehab! I had my ACL reconstructed and he has given me hope that no other person has given me in any other clinic. I would recommend everyone to SportsPT especially the one in Winton Plaza. After having shoulder surgery, SportsPT of Brighton was suggested for therapy services. It was first time ever receiving physical therapy, so was not completely sure what to expect. Keep in mind I am a healthcare executive, so the bar is pretty high. That said, it has been one of the best patient experiences I have ever had. They were timely in getting my first appointment, and even allowed me to schedule appointments 3-4 weeks out.
