I truly had a 5 star experience at Sports Plus in Brownsville. Torry, Tasha and the rest of the staff were knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. I saw different PTs in the beginning and eventually started consistently working with Anna. Her ability to have compassion for my injury and yet push me to meet my goal and get healed was tough but rewarding. I went in with continuous neck and shoulder pain that was interfering with my rest, day life, & work life. 6 weeks later and I have no pain. Thanks to this awesome team and their knowledge, I feel so much better! Most of all they have taught me how to continue my therapy at home to continue to strengthen my problem areas so that the pain wont return and the healing will continue. They are friendly and worked around my crazy schedule!! If you are willing to do your part & put in the work, then I highly recommend them!!
