I knew Jeff so I when I needed an orthopedic surgeon, I specifically asked my doctor to refer me here. I had 2 visits. I went for a specific medical issue. On my 2nd visit, Jeff treated me for something completely unrelated without ever communicating that was what he was going to do. In addition, he completely avoided answering any questions about the issue for which I sought his medical assistance in the first place.
