A great environment with friendly people to train with and have a laugh. The trainer is great and knowledgeable.
Wonderful staff. Very encouraging and patient. Although you are in small groups, they always give you one on one time. Environment is non-judgmental and you meet so many terrific people. We can all go at our own pace and you are given a choice of exercises. I highly recommend this gym to all ages. Everyone is catered for.

Great place to train. I'm 43 years old and getting great results, without putting unnecessary strain on my joints. A relaxed environment to workout in with a great, experienced, easy going trainer! Highly recommended!
