I couldn't be happier with my experience at SPT Lake Stevens. The atmosphere was welcoming, relaxed, but professional at the same time. Brooke was very knowledgeable and encouraging and helped me develop a plan for my ongoing exercise. Also a shout out to John for his help as well. I would recommend SPT to anyone who needs therapy for a specific issue or wants to improve their physical fitness.
The whole team here is very knowledgeable and informative with why certain exercises are needed for patients particular symptoms. Great relaxed atmosphere, my thanks to Brooke, Jake, and John for helping me work through and eliminate my pain!
