I just finished my sessions of rehabilitation therapy with Nicole Bedizen and am continually amazed with my physical abilities! I started therapy for a knee replacement and after 3 months had a double hip replacement, too. After a year of constant pain and needing a walker to move around, I can walk comfortably now, climb steps with no problem, do all household-type chores, shop and play with the grandkids. My mom had surgery early this year and had PT here with Nikki. My mom was always in such a good mood after PT, which is saying a lot considering that usually means soreness/ pain after surgery! She is all finished with PT and is able to walk like it was nothing. I am still always hearing about the girls at Sports PT because everyone was so nice and personable! Glad to have these ladies here...
