IPO is a very horrible disrespectful front desk. First time as a patient. I was getting checked out and she had yelled at my wife twice due to the schedule not working well with their schedule. The gal next to her with curly hair thankfully talked with us got to know us and cared while ipo was figuring out something in the back. I really liked the staff. Professional and helpful, but I have to say that the shoulder PT I received caused more harm than good. I’m 2 months removed from my first session and my shoulder is worse than it’s ever been. (Yes, ever) I think it was the deep tissue type massage I received on my bicep tendon for 20 minutes in my first session. This caused severe tendinitis flare up and it’s not going away. Super unprofessional. I just watched a woman come in and tell them she had an appt. They took her info and said the dr wasn't in yet. She waited 20 minutes then asked about the doctor again. She was then informed that the doctor was downstairs. When the woman left, they proceeded to blame her for not knowing where to check in. Extremely unprofessional
Never thought I'd have so much fun trying to get back on my feet again, everyone at this facility makes you feel like family and I enjoy going back week after week
Great facility with compassionate, caring staff who takes their time to not only know each of their patients but work with them to ensure their rehab is successful.
