My wife took my son to get a haircut before picture day. I have never seen such a terrible and clearly rushed haircut in my entire life. I don’t normally leave reviews but this needed to be said. NEPA by and large has some of the worst service in America but when I called to voice my dissatisfaction with her basically scalping the side of my sons head all she said was “oh that can be fixed” to which I replied “ not unless you shave his head”. Great haircuts always,as long as the right girls are working on the day you stop in. If you stop in and an older lady named Cindy is there,do yourself a favor and leave. Cut my hair on 3 different occasions and I was completely hacked to death. Had to have hair re cut by the other girls who actually know what they are doing. Other than the blind woman who cuts hair,the place is fantastic. Taco B…😊
