Wouldn’t recommend to anyone . Doctor K Nord is very dismissive . I didn’t expect a miracle or an instant fix. I expected my pain to be taken seriously, my concerns to be listened to, and an honest treatment plan to be provided. I did not feel like I received that.Based on my experience, I would not recommend this doctor to someone looking for a provider and even if you schedule an appointment you have to wait longer than that if others are in front of you .

My goodness!! I feel unimportant and disrespected. We waited 35 minutes in the waiting room, and now we have been in the exam room another 30 minutes so far waiting... Still waiting... Ugh.

Dr. Keith Michael Nord did an excellent job on my carpal tunnel surgery. He did endoscopic surgery in the office. The procedure was painless and did not take very long at all. The incision was so small that it did not require stitches. Recovery time was minimal. I highly recommend Dr. Nord.

I wanted to get information on the ultra sound carpal tunnel surgery. Instead I was passed around to 5 different people over 20-minutes and once I was told I needed to schedule an appointment for a consultation. I explained that I need to know how much the appointment was going to cost because I am self-pay (no insurnace). I was told $200 if they need to X-ray and $350 if they did not. I asked why it was cheaper if I was X-rayed and they told me "thats just what im being told, I dont know why it costs more without it". That ... read more
