I wanted to get information on the ultra sound carpal tunnel surgery. Instead I was passed around to 5 different people over 20-minutes and once I was told I needed to schedule an appointment for a consultation. I explained that I need to know how much the appointment was going to cost because I am self-pay (no insurnace). I was told $200 if they need to X-ray and $350 if they did not. Very knowledgeable in their doing everything will take time to explain what the situation is so that you can make an informed decision

Man the waiting room wait time is horrible. Everytime I come it’s always a 2 hour wait before getting into the exam room and then there’s another 30 min wait so all in all you will spend about 3 hours for a 15-30 routine check up.

I wish I could leave a negative ZERO for Sports Orthopedic and Spine Physical Therapy. I do not reccomend them at ALL. They do not return phone calls, they will make appointments and not make you aware of said appointment and show it as missed. I called multiple times, with no return call from February - April. I am very disappointed.
