Everyone at Sport Ortho is so nice and friendly.
Providers are very knowledgeable, with excellent "bedside manner." Reception was a little rough around the edges. An injury was obtained on private property, so going through a 2nd party insurance and the person wasn't knowledgeable or helpful to the patient in that area. But otherwise, it is a very good place to receive treatment.
I can not say enough good things about this clinic and the staff. They listened and treated me so well. I was in so much pain. Not being treated as a person looking for a rx but someone who really needed help was so heartfelt. Erica listened and discussed all my options. Knowing I have someone who is willing to help and not just put a bandaid on my issues. The nurse, receptionist and Erica is most definitely the most caring I have seen in a while.
