Casey and Carson were my saviors. I came in in a lot of pain. I had to wait over an hour but it was so worth it. They both listened to me and have a plan in place already. Thank you for my great care and spending the time you needed even though you had other patient's griping about their wait time. I'm so great full and the young man upfront was very professional. Thank-you again for the being the angels in time of emergent need for my back.

Sports Ortho Urgent Care in Brentwood is a great asset to have in the community if you've been injured. They're very professional and treat you not only in the office but give you the tools needed to rehab at home. Brett really helped me get better, thanks to all!
tl;dr it was a vibe !! ↕️ my physical therapist was brett who was super kind, helpful, and listened to my concerns & worked to address them as i continued my visits. thanks to him and the rest of the great team here, my shoulder & neck are doing significantly much better than when i first walked in. i’m genuinely super thankful and beyond grateful for brett & his team. shoutout to gabe too bc he added to the fun & welcoming environment !! thank y’all fr!! :)
Sport Ortho is only interested in your money. I have fantastic insurance through my work but was told that my insurance "does not show a co-pay for our [SportOrth] services," because I had "not met my deductible" and that I would need to pay $200 up front out of my own pocket for the appointment I made online. 1) It's February, of course I am unlikely to have met my deductible at this time (so they must be fleecing everyone for $200 up front in January and February because it is unlikely that most people met their deductible... read more
