My father is in severe pain today. They have seen him before and already have all of his information. Their website says they accept walk-ins and provide immediate access. Not only did they not answer the phone, they also accepted an appointment for today only to promptly call and cancel it. They couldn't get him in for another 5 days. They have been great to him before, but I am deeply disappointed in this change.
Had a great visit with Sport Ortho. I was promptly attended to by front desk and seen by Carson. He was great. I had x-rays taken and reviewed within 15 minutes of being there. Carson was great at explaining the extent of my injury and next steps. Currently on the mend, and looking forward to our follow up consultation! Alea and Ms. Josie were also very nice!
Do not schedule an appointment online if you expect that to be your actual appoiintment time. They will send you a confirmation with a different time and when you call for a correction, you'll be told that their online scheduling doesn't show accurate availability so they just put you whenever they have time. Might as well just walk in and wait all day to be seen. Not a good first look, I cancelled completely.
When I overworked my knee on vacation, I knew I couldn't ignore it nor would it go away on its own. As soon as I got home, I found Sport Ortho Urgent Care nearby in an online search and quickly made an appointment for the next day. I saw Carson Meador, PA-C who ordered X-rays on site that found arthritis in BOTH knees. I went here for 5 months and they staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Left with great feeling that my knee was in much better shape and wouldn't need surgery. Brett was amazing this whole time.
