In my opinion, worst billing procedures I have ever seen. As I see it, reps are not knowledgeable, put you on hold to “ research “ the smallest thing and still have no clear answers regarding charges. Finally asked for a supervisor and told no one is available. What a shock!

I dislocated my pinky toe and was able to see a provider shortly after getting there. Front desk staff was very helpful and got me in quickly before they took a break. X-ray technician was very friendly, patient and empathetic, the Dr. that took care of me was very knowledgeable and got everything back in place!

Do not go here with any complex injuries. The physical therapy team is good but Carson at the Brentwood office doesn’t seem to care if I got healthy or not. He informed me there would be no more doctor’s appointments fully knowing my knee has not fully healed nor is it close to being fully healed. Go somewhere else.

I had been experiencing incredible back spasms for a couple of days when I contacted Sport Ortho. My spasms were severe, quite frankly they were paralyzing. I was able to schedule an appointment within just a couple of hours of calling. And when I arrived, I was basically rushed into an exam room and within a few minutes given a steroid and muscle relaxer shot. I was scheduled for an MRI the very next day. They are fast with making appointments . They therapists there are amazing They listen to you and work hard to get you back on your feet. I would recommend them to anyone that needs physical therapy. Keep up the good work!
