This store is a disaster. Horrible owner, horrible management, bad employees. possible knock off merchandise. Anything I've bought from this place the quality doesn't seem quite right? The management, a girl named Heather and another named Lisa. They have the personality of a Dead FISH! I dont expect this place to survive much longer. Now that LIDS is in the mall, where they offer actual customer service and will order jerseys and shirts. LIDS will get my business going forward.
On paper it seems like this would be a great place to shop. The staff is friendly. Disadvantages: I have been a regular customer of this store since its opening. For years I have requested sizes of my teams jerseys and shirts. The owner/mgmt refuses to do so. I'm a regular shopper with funds to throw at this store at will…and yet they refuse to stock my size. i live on other side of the country in Las Vegas, NV and they had a UNLV hat that i can’t even find locally. Because of this politically correct world, UNLV stopped using Running Reb and the merchandise that followed. Zephyr original brand and its wool. Received it in 2 days
