Worst Experience Ever !!!! Would’nt return here if they paid me & I dont recommend anyone go here. Dealt with a lady by the name of wendy , the way she carried herself she must be the owner, extremely disrespectful, and rude. Wouldnt allow me to get a word in when discussing an insurance issue, she then walked away and mumbled curse words under her breath. Shes EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I don’t know how this business is still up and running with such horrible leaders.
The people that work there are very nice, but the Dr. Is terrible! I was in a car accident and went there for about a year. He never changed my exercises. When I met with him he spent less than 5 minutes with me. He didn’t care at all that I was in so much pain. He just collected money from my no fault until they cut off my benefits because It was not helping me. He collected every penny he could and dropped me. Started doing physical therapy and the indian doctor didn't help that I was assigned to. Was prescribed pain medication that caused ulcers. I had to stop to taking the meds for 2 week. Did not offer any alternative medications or any other suggestions to relieve my pain. Did not help relive my pain. Working with another from that practice. Hopeful this other doctor helps. Very upset. Very disappointed in this company.
