Was told to arrive at my daughters apointment at 12:45 and there was a sign saying closed wont be back till 1pm. I left work to take her and still had to go back to work. I'm very disapointed and it's unprofessional, they then said she couldn't get her into another apointment till January 15th when before that she already waited 2 to 3 weeks before she could get in. Not happy will be finding somewhere else to go.

The guy who did my PT was nice, but WOW was it expensive. Its almost 4 times the national average cost per appointment. I called a few other places after I received my massive bill and no other place I called charged within 1/2 this much. Really wish I would have asked before I signed up, but I like my doctor and they recommended it. I would consider not disclosing the price and then charging 3-4x what other shops charge a "Scam". Please avoid this place and give your business to one of the other local Physical Therapists.
Brooks, Thank you for your concern about pricing. Pricing is set by Premier Health for which we are under their corporate umbrella. For the Cincinnati-Dayton market, our prices are set up as compatable with rest of the like hospitals in area. Unfortunately when a patient's deductable is not met for the year, they will incur the allowed (discounted) amount that the insurer has contracted with the hospital, thus it is not uncommon for a patient to incur upwards of a $100 per visit amount in this situation.
