Charged an outrageous amount for a 15 minute clinic visit with a PA and a standard knee x-ray. When I called billing to question the total, they suggested I should have left in the middle of the appointment and scheduled the x-ray with a cheaper imaging center. We didn't even know we had to get imaging done when we arrived at the appointment. The service was fine but the amount they billed was criminal.

I wasted an afternoon and hundreds of dollars as this network is ridiculously overpriced. The hospital network apparently treats people however they want because of their name. They sent a survey that I filled out less than favorably. The doctor had been hours behind, I was treated horribly, my medical records were inaccurate, and then I was charged over $500 for my visit! The worst doctor’s appointment I have ever had in my entire life. He was rude, condescending, and was not aware of the reason for my visit. He ran TWO hours behind and still couldn’t be bothered to take two minutes to read my file before entering the room. He came in and explained something that I wasn’t there to ask about and had NO idea WHY I was there.
