Please fix your phone service, or hire more people to answer. You can't even leave a message as the recording states you can. I've been calling since last week to cancel my appointment that's this week. Finally just hit the option for billing. Of course someone picked up there. Thanks to billing rep for canceling my appointment. And no I couldn't login to the portal to cancel appointment. I tried & it didn't work.
Came in today with my husband for his appt.The front staff is very efficient about checking you in however today I don’t know what was going on but there was too much laughing and giggling between them for a very long time and this to me is not a very professional atmosphere.
I'm currently being seen by Dr. Walters. I've received excellent care and advice for my injury from him and would recommend his services to anyone with a foot or ankle injury. The physical therapy sessions at SMOC are excellent also. The therapists are knowledgeable and very enjoyable to work with. Always happy to spend the time to make your therapy work towards correcting the problem. I would also recommend this therapy place.
