I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Krystyn Hrycyna and Michael Besson at Huronia Sports Med, as well as the front staff and also Svetlana from CBI health. This clinic has played a crucial roll in my recovery from a work place injury and I seriously can't say enough good things. Sure! Here’s a more polished version: “Avoid this facility if you don’t have insurance. Their charges are unreasonable, and they don’t discuss the fees structure before the appointment. They book patients for an hour but often send them home within 10-15 minutes, charging $81, which is completely unjustifiable. The administrative staff is unhelpful.

Overall the service is good and staff are great. However, after being my treatment I was asked by text if I had any questions or things my practitioner could do "better to accommodate you". When bring this up it seemed it wasn't welcomed and I was told it wasn't fair to compare between experiences. I'm not sure why asked if my points didn't matter or were responded to as such. I have attended this clinic for a number of injuries. Anna, Shannon, and the rest of the team here have provided genuine and professional care. Working with each other and the client, they provide real therapy, education and resources that has improved my quality of life. I have physical requirements at work and I engage in exercise and sports on my own time.
