Worst experience of my life. We had an appointment at 2:45. Got there early but wasn't even brought into the room until 4:30. We didnt want to reschedule because they had already canceled two previous appointments. Then the dr takes another patient before us. All they were doing was arguing and the dr was being a jerk. The lady was also complaining about the wait time. Don't go to this office. They are horrible. The staff was arguing with the patients and were just sitting there on their phones or singing.

I went to this place before they merged or became Premier Orthopedics. When they became Premier, the customer service and care absolutely plummeted. If I left a message on their terrible app or via voicemail, it took several days, or I just never got a return call. Dr. McDowell ordered me physical therapy, a knee brace, and X-rays, but those orders took me calling and calling to get put through. I have called three days in a row for an appointment. I am a new pt. And I have a referral from my primary Dr. I am sent via computer to a new pt. Desk. I get a recording to state my name and phone #. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL BACK EVEN THO THEY PROMISE TO. Call back within 24 hours. Next time, I'm asking for the director or the office manager. Poor mgmt.
