Went in with some serious shoulder impingement issues with the specific goal to maybe loosen up some of the shoulder girdle muscles and I greatly appreciated the multi modal and targeted approach to my problem area. Also had tight hip flexors and can say without a doubt that the targeted massage in the psoas muscles provided IMMEDIATE RELIEF.

After agitating an old weightlifting injury in my shoulder, Lucy was able to work through the area with such expertise and care. She's highly knowledgeable and tailored each visit to exactly what I communicated. She so educated in the different methods of massage and was able to work through my pain with multiple techniques! Definitely not a one-size-fits all massage visit. If you're aware of your own body and want to recover/perform better, Lucy is 10/10.

Lucia is the goat. BEST SPORTS MASSAGE AROUND!! I've spent 10's of thousands of dollars over the years on different massage and rehab type things and she's at the top of the list. Glad I found her. If your bodies hurting give her a call.
