Lucy is an amazing therapist and I am super grateful to have found her. As a lifelong athlete, I have sustained many injuries and need very deep tissue work to feel lasting results. She is the standard for deep tissue work. So incredibly strong and equally as educated on anatomy. She gets to know your body and is always in tune with what you need and your problem areas. Her personality is vibrant and affable. You will feel comfortable immediately upon meeting her :) Much love!
Went in with some serious shoulder impingement issues with the specific goal to maybe loosen up some of the shoulder girdle muscles and I greatly appreciated the multi modal and targeted approach to my problem area. Also had tight hip flexors and can say without a doubt that the targeted massage in the psoas muscles provided IMMEDIATE RELIEF.
After agitating an old weightlifting injury in my shoulder, Lucy was able to work through the area with such expertise and care. She's highly knowledgeable and tailored each visit to exactly what I communicated. She so educated in the different methods of massage and was able to work through my pain with multiple techniques! Definitely not a one-size-fits all massage visit. If you're aware of your own body and want to recover/perform better, Lucy is 10/10.
