Truly one of the most healing massages I’ve ever had. I struggle with SI joint, rotator cuff and neck/shoulder pain and I felt all the areas were addressed and are on the mend. These areas of pain are due to my lifestyle (somewhat active but also chronically at a desk job), and I wish I had sought out sports medicine sooner. I noticed a difference after my first massage. I started training for a marathon, and Anna Thessman has been helping me with my injuries and aches for the last few months. She is very talented and strong. Her massage techniques are perfect for athletes, specially long distance runners. Anna knows a lot about the human body and reasons for the pains and injuries. I am very thankful I have met Anna! With her help, I have ran four races ( trail and road ) in 2025 free of injury!
