How does this place stay in business? Nothing but a garbage selection of shoes and clothing... Not to mention over priced, I say take a ride to Erie or Buff.

I ordered a jacket online for my boyfriend for Christmas on Nov. 26th, and opted to pick it up in store to save on shipping. I went to pick it up, with a copy of my receipt on 12/22. The employees couldn't find the item I had already paid for and asked me to call back the next day.
