We are a mix of sports therapists amd personal trainers who deal with all aspects of sports injurys, from assessments, treatments and prevention. We are by appointment only so give us a call 07981526466 or get us on Facebook to book yourself in. We also do biomechanics, gait and movement pattern assessments where we can advise how to keep injury free. Custom insoles can also be made and baught here

Being a Boxing PT my body gets battered everyday from long hours holding pads. I have been getting weekly treatment from here for over 6 months now and it's been a game changer for improving my recovery. I have worked with Kat and I'm currently working with Chris. They have both helped rehab an injury but also been taking care of lots of wee niggles and pains I get from wear and tear... Would highly recommend
Great wee place. The ladies lifting classes have really helped my confidence with strength training. The staff are super friendly and keen to help you reach your fitness goals.
I don't go here too use gym, instead I go for deep tissue sports massage on a lower back issue. Now down to a maintenance level, one appointment a month is enough to keep on top of it. Prevent it getting worse Couldn't recommend this highly enough if I tried.
I’ve been going to Kat for probably over 12 years now for sports massage for my neck and shoulders, firstly at her old place and currently here in Rutherglen. Best there is.
I really enjoy the ladies Lifting classes at Sports, Life, Work - it's a really friendly and supportive community, the coaches are really knowledgeable and encouraging, and the gym is really well kitted out. 5 stars from me 😁
