I started here as an adult new to the workout world and was very insecure to workout publicly. Carmen and Chris have established a welcoming environment and are wonderful motivators. I've learned so much about my body and how it works through their classes and in just friendly conversation. I've since started bringing my fiancé and friends to workout classes and we have a ball while getting a great workout. If you're nervous or scared to start your fitness journey, come here and they will be friendly faces to guide you.

I love Sports Kick! Carmen and Chris are the best trainers. They are extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of fitness, recovery, nutrition and so much more. They make it all make sense so it is easier than you ever imagined to achieve your goals. They make it a joy to work out. They are the nicest, most fun people and they give back to their community with fun events. There is always something new happening or being offered. You will want to keep coming back. Carmen is Sports Kick. Yes, it’s a gym…..lots of great equipment and space but she makes the experience. I do one on one training with her 5-6 days a week. She pushes me hard but not to the point that I don’t enjoy it….I actually love it! I’ve been with her for 4 years and I am the strongest and most fit at 58 than I have ever been! Not only does she write goal oriented workouts(I play tennis too) but she is a plethora of knowledge when it comes to nutrition. Sports Kick is the whole package!
