Great 4 days, my son learnt a lot and made some great friends. Will be bck next yr.
Business response:
Thank you, Kirstin Clark! We look forward to seeing your son back at camp next summer!
My son attended the Wilkerson/Harrison camp for the 2nd time as a commuter. He worked hard and had a lot of fun. The entire staff from the volunteer parents to the coaching staff were great. Before we got home he was already talking about next year and how he wants to do the sleep away. We'll be back.
Business response:
Thank you, Jorge Troche! We look forward to having your son back at camp next summer!
This was our first year at camp. The camp was organized but let out early each night. My biggest issue was the last day award ceremony. My 9 year old was told by a coach that if you don't get an award that means you are uncoachable. I don't believe that every kid deserves an award by any means but I don't think that a coach should tell any young athlete they are uncoachable. We will not be wasting our money here next year. It was a very disappointing experience. All young boys in elementary are coachable.
This camp is a joke and overpriced! I wouldn't even give it 1 star, but it made me. They need to take lessons from other camps, like EWU. You should be ashamed of what you are charging people for this. The food is awful, kids aren't grouped accordingly, and instruction is poor.
Business response:
Jerrianne - Thank you for your comments and we take your feedback seriously. We understand your concerns about the meals and instruction. We strive to make sure every camper in our camps is grouped accordingly as well. If you'd like to speak to one of us, please give us a call at 301-575-9400 and we can discuss this further with you.
First out of the country football camp for my son and two of his friends and it was a blast for them! Good memories and new friends! Thanks for all the trainers at Massachusetts Lowell Football camp! Highly recommend this organization! And Frenchy says hi to all the trainers!
My son has attended 3 years straight DJ Shockley QB camp . He has always been a great athlete but the drills learned and practiced over the years have taken him to the next level. He is now ready for middle school football this year.
This year will be the 2nd year my son is attending Lineman Academy at UMass Lowell. He came out of camp with a confidence I've never seen in him before and an even bigger love of the game! Instructors were amazing! Looking forward to this summer!
