Had an appointment with Michael to help identify a problem I had with my leg from running. Michael told me what he thought it was and give me a set of exercises to do to help recovery. Leg is already starting to feel better. Also had acupuncture as well as a massage on my calve in the appointment. Would highly recommend.

We were lucky enough to have Darren come into our office where a handful of us had sports massages. I'd never had one before and had no idea what to expect (other than the fabled pain), but Darren explained how it worked and what to expect and totally put me at ease. I came in with a hamstring injury and I noticed a difference after just that one session, and got some brilliant running advice to boot. Thanks Darren!
Thanks to Michael for the session a few weeks back. Diagnosed the problem, a bit of work on the area and rehab exercises that were easy to follow. Played my first game of pain-free football at the weekend in months.
