I went to Sports and Imports and Paul was my salesperson. He made the entire process painless and it didn’t take long at all—I was approved within an hour. He kept his word and made everything straightforward. As long as you’re transparent about your situation, they will work with you. Cece has an excellent customer service with above and beyond type of patient that I have ever seen in a customer service personnel. She have also calmly explained the whole procedure to a level where I don’t have anymore questions. She should be the face of the company.

This Car lot has the worst customer service, you could possibly find in georgia for a car. Clearly, every time you call, they're very unorganized, you can never speak to a manager.The customer service representatives especially Nina,Jada is very rude and disrespectful, the way they talk to the customers. At first I was a bit skeptical knowing my credit history, but I can honestly say the process was amazing. Deno was phenomenal. He worked with me and got me into a car the same day. He was very patient and understanding. I usually don't like dealerships because their like vultures but Deeno was different. He listened, understood and made it happen. I am truly grateful.
