no refund policies.... havent been to sports exchange, but love thrift stores or used items at a discount..to the people who demand refunds, these are 2nd hand stores and usually come with a no refund policy...you are already getting your items at a discount, most stores like svers or goodwills, give exchange policy only.. in a certain amount of time, so stop your bickering or go buy new if you want a refund after you use once and then want a refund.......as is - is - as is..... and oh yeah , you didnt say how rude you were.... read more

Hunky Dude The dude working at Sports Exchange is hot!!!! He ...is dreamy. Nicest blue eyes I ever seen. I took my kids to buy them some football equipment and the dude knows he's stuff. If you're reading this honey, kisses. He just seemed like a very nice person. I would go in there for a daily dose of Kevin.

Worst Customer Service Experience I purchased football equipment for my son here a couple of days ago. Right after that, I found the same equipment for cheaper. I tried to return the merchandise to Sports Exchange and the owner refused to give anything besides store credit. He was rude, argumentative and kept saying he was barely making a living. Bad Return Policy This store has a "no returns" policy. Be careful what you buy because you are stuck with it. I bought football equipment for my son and later found it cheaper at another store. I tried to return it and the owner refused, stating his "no refunds, store credit only" policy. He argued with me for a while and finally agreed to give me my money back but charged me 20% restocking fee. However, when I left the store and counted my money, he shorted me $12. Terrible For a "family" owned business they sure don't seem to need your business. I was trying to give them about 750$ worth of sales but they were unwilling to set aside merchandise since I had to drive 90 miles to purchase the equipment. They didn't make an effort to call their supplier to find out when and what is coming in this week. Seems a little too fly by night and unprofessional, or maybe just uneducated in how a proper supply chain and customer service system operates.

Don't Waste Your Time! – We went in the Sports Exchange tonight to buy two of our boys full gear for tackle football. We were ready to spend alot of money. Unfortunately, the owner's customer service abilities were extremely poor. He seemed just interested in selling. His knowledge about shoulder pad fit turned out to be totally wrong. good used sports equipment I went here to find some football equipment and I had the best of luck finding a helmet my size, Had anything you could think of, weights, golf clubs, mitts! Would highly recommend! Prices very affordable!
