We offer quality products and service in bicycles, cross country and downhill skis, snowshoes, snowboards, swimming, skateboards, and carry a large selection of outdoor clothing. The Sports Den is also Central Wisconsin's fat bike headquarters with fat bikes from Specialized and Trek on the sales floor at all times!

Really poor experience. Not sure why you bother being open when there's no one there to answer questions or give advice and no one running the register for me to even buy a bike blind. Came in today to spend my stimulus money, spent 15-20 minutes looking at the couple dozen adult bikes without being acknowledged or even seeing an employee. I bought my last bike here and my parents bought their bikes here in the last couple of years. I understand that COVID makes things complicated, but this was really disappointing. We do our best to help every customer in a timely fashion but unfortunately it isn't always possible. We have been very short staffed since COVID. We have hired on 3 brand new employees in the last month that are all doing their best to hit the ground running but we are all human and aren't able to do it all. I brought in on a Friday afternoon two bikes that both needed two new tires each plus one needed a new inner tube. The service rep taking in my bikes explained that the shop was very busy and it would be almost a week before they would be done. I was okay with that as I would not need them until the next weekend. I got a text on the next day Saturday late sayiny the bikes are done and with still enough time to pick them to that day if I would have seen the text, my fault.
