I found out about Cryotherapy a few months ago but didn't know there was somewhere so close by! The staff are some of the best people I've ever met ❤️ The sessions are helping me so much, I haven't felt this good in years! My fibromyalgia finally under control! I can't wait to keep coming. ❤️

I suffer from a muscle disease that has taken the majority of my muscles! Cryotherapy is the only thing I've found that helps me! After each treatment, my muscles are no longer tired and I do not need my cane! I know it is not a cure, but it definitely increases my quality of life! The people at Sports Cryotherapy of The Woodlands are very knowledgeable and kind! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
I <3 this place! Knowledgable staff that helps ease your fears - very important when you're a 1st time cryo-er. I'm fairly claustrophobic, but have had zero problems during my cryo sessions (just finished my 7th session today). Plus the addition of the cycle, compression sleeves and unique-back massage chairs assures that you get the maximum benefits of your cryo session. Top quality facility. So glad I found this place!
