called the parts dept on 3/7/2025. Was politely asked if I could "hold on just 1 minute". Well, it's 18 minutes later, and still on hold... OK, 20 minutes is pretty much my limit, so I'm gonna Amazon it!
I have had a very pleasant experience buying parts and even taking my boat to get serviced and repaired. Shaun was always very thorough In explaining what the technicians found or repaired. He always answered my questions and both the technicians and Shaun Went above and beyond On diagnosing a hard start condition on an older engine. I wholeheartedly believe that any other shop would’ve just chalked it up To just being an old motor. Not these guys, As I said, they went above and beyond. I highly recommend them!

Highly recommended! Great customer service and experience. They fixed a small known issue with my Mercury Pro 200. While they had it they checked everything over and also did the lower unit, oil & filter change and spark plugs. We’re ready for the water. Very pleased with everything!
