Sports Center Parts & Service did a great job. Shaun was very polite, professional and helpful with the new lithium batteries. He took the time to show me how to set up the battery app on my phone and well as explaining what to expect from the lithium batteries. I would definitely recommend Sports Center for all of your watercraft service needs!
called the parts dept on 3/7/2025. Was politely asked if I could "hold on just 1 minute". Well, it's 18 minutes later, and still on hold... OK, 20 minutes is pretty much my limit, so I'm gonna Amazon it!
I have had a very pleasant experience buying parts and even taking my boat to get serviced and repaired. Shaun was always very thorough In explaining what the technicians found or repaired. He always answered my questions and both the technicians and Shaun Went above and beyond On diagnosing a hard start condition on an older engine. I wholeheartedly believe that any other shop would’ve just chalked it up To just being an old motor. Not these guys, As I said, they went above and beyond. I highly recommend them!
