Tried PT in the past and was often handed sheets of exercises and although I know that’s important my experience with Amber was much more. My hip pain has reduced and my mobility has improved. I tried dry needling for the first time and I’m a believer. I highly recommend Amber!

I dreaded the fact I had to go to PT earlier this year but absolutely look forward to my twice a week sessions with Amber who has a doctorate along with the founder, Kerrie and her other therapist, Jennifer. I have come along way since my first visit having greater strength and mobility. I owe it all to Amber who challenges me in every one hour private session to push harder than I thought possible. The staff is incredible making each visit a pleasure, an extended family experience, a happy place.
