Everyone at Sports and Ortho was a pleasure to work with. I believe you get out of physical therapy what you are willing to put into it, and Elizabeth, Ben, Tim and Katie created an environment that made it easy to put in 100% effort into my recovery. Everyone was encouraging and friendly, and thinking of the most effective ways to help me strengthen my injury. I hope I am not in need of physical therapy services any time soon, but if I am, I would readily return to Sports and Ortho.
Appreciate Elizabeth & the whole team at Sports and Ortho so much! Went in with a wrist injury and just after a few months came out so much stronger. They’re not only knowledgeable, but personable and creative with their exercises. Highly recommend!
I came in with really bad pain in my right leg, to the point where walking and sitting were painful, and the team helped me walk pain-free in 10 weeks. Everyone was super supportive, knowledgable and helped me celebrate my small wins even when I was getting discouraged with the recovery process and thinking I'd never run again. I had a grade 3 ankle sprain and a medial malleolus fracture from a sports injury on both ankles. I was in a lot of pain, and couldn’t walk without crutches. I was worried these injuries would affect my ability to play sports. Elizabeth was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the extent of my injuries in a way I could actually understand. Received full ACL rehab at this clinic. Everyone is very attentive and helpful, getting me back into shape and feeling confident with my knee. Tim, Rachel and Ben are extremely knowledgeable, and made the experience as fun as it could be. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for physical therapy.
